Giveaway Prize- By entering any giveaway you confirm you are 18-years of age or older, and meet any applicable eligibility requirement as set forth by the sponsor. Giveaway prizes are provided by myself or other sponsor. All winners are selected using random.org. Selected winner well be sent an email requesting information for prize fulfillment by the sponsor. Winner will be given 48 hours to respond, otherwise a new winner will be drawn. Any and all taxes or duties are the winner’s responsibility. I am not responsible for any negative outcome for using or winning a prize. I am not responsible for any sponsor who does not fulfill their part of the giveaway agreement. However, I will make attempts to resolve the situation.
Photos & Images- All photographs and images are my own or provided by a sponsor unless otherwise stated. Graphics that are not my own or a sponsor’s are properly credited when original artist or copyright holder is known. If unknown, credit will be stated as such. Photos are taken under various lighting- indoors under a daylight CFL bulb (with and without flash), and outdoors under sunlight and shade (with or without flash). Please do not steal and claim my photos as your own.
